  • Jennifer Fox, owner and managing broker of Fox Property Management (FPM), has overseen the management of over 1,200 investment properties since founding FPM in 2002. Known for her expertise in real estate investment, Jennifer provides strategic guidance to long-term investors, helping them navigate market trends and maximize their properties’ value. Actively engaged in the local business community, she is a member of NARPM, Boulder Business RAISE, and 100+ Women Who Care and serves on nonprofit boards such as the Albion Colorado Soccer Club and Dickinson Family Foundation. A UC Berkeley graduate and Boulder resident, Jennifer balances her professional achievements with her passion for family, community, and outdoor activities like hiking and skiing.

  • As an associate broker, Jacy brings an emphasis on team building and relationship development. Jacy holds a degree in Biology and exercise physiology from OSU and is currently earning a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Northern Colorado.

    Jacy taps into her team-building experience from playing soccer for Oregon State University (OSU) and for a European league based in Germany. A native of Colorado, she enjoys everything Colorado has to offer.

  • Valerie is a licensed real estate agent and believes in building wealth through property investment. With experience spanning throughout the foothills, from Longmont to Castle Rock, Valerie is your trusted guide in navigating the local markets. Owning rental properties of her own, she understands the care and quality these investments deserve.

    She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Spanish international Trade. Fluent in Spanish, she loves the opportunity to use her bilingual skills, especially when traveling! In her free time, you'll find Valerie camping on public land, hitting the slopes, tending to her garden, and always with her pup, Stiles.

  • Melanie is highly organized and detail-oriented. Excelling in providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations for the team. Her expertise lies in efficiently handling intricate details crucial for property marketing and sales. She thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities. Her strong communication skills facilitate clear team and client interactions. Passionate about real estate, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

    In her free time, she enjoys the many activities Colorado has to offer such as snowboarding, open-water swimming, biking, and fly-fishing.
